REFERRING A PROPERTY FOR SALE AND EARNING MADE EASY

Anyone can Refer any Property For Sale provided that the Owner will agree to his Property being Listed and Sold by BBO-PROPEXPRESS.

When the Owner agrees to such Listing he will effectively be giving BBO-PROPEXPRESS an Exclusive Mandate to Sell the Property.

The Owner will however not incur any costs with such Listing or Sale.

We do not charge a Sellers Commission but instead get a Fee from our Buyers.

Please submit the Referred Property to be Listed by filling in the form below and attach a photograph of the front of the Property.

We will finalise the Mandate with the Owner and assist to get all the photographs uploaded etc.

BBO will pay the Referring Party a Referral Fee of R5,000 when we Sell such a Property and as soon as we receive our Buyers Fee.

Estate Agents will be remunerated per individual agreement.

Please note that BBO reserves the right to accept or to decline any Listing.
