My Profile and Listing Rules

Any Registered BBO Member can submit a request to become a BBO Agent. Once approved Agents can go to the MY PACKAGES and choose a Package to allow them to List Properties. Packages can be Prepaid or Free for a period of time or on Promotion. Any BBO Agent can List any Property For Sale or For Rent that you own or that of your friend, neighbour or family as long as you have permission to do so and submit all the owners details to BBO. Estate Agents need to have a Mandate from the Owner of the Property. By Listing a Property on BBO the BBO Agent is giving BBO a mandate to facilitate the Sale of the Property on Silent Auction / Tender to be conducted by one of the BBO Property Professional Franchisees and the Referral Fee / Commission Payable to the Member / Agent when the Property is Sold by will be Listed under MY PACKAGES.
